Products
Do you make everything yourself?
No, not everything. We do have a large selection of products that have been made by us, using our own animals fiber. Those products can be found here.
Where are your products produced?
The only places we source our products will be from our own animals, or ones manufactured in the USA or Peru. We have seen the quality of products that come from outside those places, and frankly they are not up to our standards.
Do you have a list of all items made in the USA and that you specifically produce?
We do! You can find all our items made in house here, and all items manufactured in the USA here.
How do I care for my items?
Most all the items will come with instructions on how to care for them, but if in doubt hand washing and laying flat to dry is the best option. Any of the "Made in House" items will be hand wash only. For more information on caring for your hand made items please visit this or this blog post.
I am looking for alpaca yarn and fiber...do you have that?

Alpacas
Can you teach me about raising alpacas?
At this time we are not able to mentor anyone on the care of alpacas. Please contact the Alpaca Owners Association to help find a mentor in your area.
Are any of your alpacas for sale?
We do not sell any of our animals. We are a fiber production farm and raise all our animals for that purpose.
Can I take a tour of the alpacas?
We currently are not available for tours.
Orders, Shipping, Delivery
My order has not shipped, what do I do?
We typically try to ship orders on Mondays and Fridays. If it has been over a week and you have not received an update about your order please reach out to us at info@livingwaterfibersandalpacas.
If you have purchased a made to order item, please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to ship. Some items may take longer as specified in the product description.
The product I purchased was not what I was wanting, what do I do?
Please refer to our returns and exchanges policy page first. If you are still unable to find an answer to your question please reach out to us at info@livingwaterfibersandalpacas.
What should I do if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit?

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping.
How can I track my order?
After your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please keep that email with the tracking information until your order has arrived.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards, Shop Payments, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We do offer digital gift cards for purchase.
